Anne Schacherl is a Contract Partner with the law firm of Swanson Sweet LLP. She helps families and small businesses plan for the future. Anne focuses her practice on the preparation of Wills, Healthcare and Financial Powers of Attorney, Complex Trust and Estate Plans, Probate and Trust Administration, Special Needs Trusts, Estate and Gift Tax Returns, and Small Business Planning. She has over 40 years of experience in this practice area.
Anne received her B.S. degree from Carroll University and J.D. degree from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. In addition to her legal practice, Anne founded the Madison College ABA-approved Paralegal Program to train students for careers in the legal field. She continues to support and teach in the Program.
