Peter T. Nowak is an associate in the Oshkosh office of Swanson Sweet LLP and is a member of the firm’s bankruptcy group. He represents individuals and businesses in restructurings, financial reorganization, receiverships, bankruptcy, and other debt adjustment strategies. His practice also focuses on litigation, including representing both trustees and defendants in preference and fraudulent transfer disputes.
